A Night Out with Kids

Another chaotic day so my promised meatloaf is on hold yet again! The kids and I ended up at a fast food place tonight, but I just don't find it appetizing. I ate a couple of fries and part of a small burger, but I really wanted some grown-up food.

Afterwards, we went to the mall and played Dance Revolution. It's a video game where you actually dance to play the game. My kids love it and it's great exercise.

Last night's breakfast for dinner was a nice change. My kids aren't big pancake eaters, but they gobbled up the scrambled eggs. I don't remember being such a picky eater when I was a kid. This weekend I'm aiming for more fresh produce, especially vegetables.

Starting Monday, I'm taking suggestions on some dishes I should try. What do you think I should cook? Here's your chance to tell me what's good.

Dance, dance, dance, it's Friday.
