Now, these bars are almost too good. They are low fat, around 140-160 calories per sandwich, but they have all the chocolate flavor of a full-fat ice cream sandwich. I have to limit myself to 1 sandwich per day, as even low-fat ice cream has calories. :-) But when I want a chocolate fix and it's hot, these are the best solution I've found - even better than a Hershey bar.
