Make a lower fat gravy by using defatted chicken stock or fat-free chicken broth. INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:In a 2-quart saucepan, cook onions and mushrooms until softened. Add stock or broth and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in cornstarch and water and simmer for 3 more minutes, stirring from time to time.
