Ingredients:
- 2 small mangoes, diced
- 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup sweet onion
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
Preparation:
Combine chopped mangoes, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno and cilantro in a medium bowl. Squeeze two halves of a small lime over the bowl. Toss and allow to stand until ready to serve.Serves 6.
