This cranberry pear sauce is not overly sweet, and the smell of cinnamon and ginger will fill your kitchen with a wonderful aroma.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh cranberries, rinsed
- 2 Bartlett pears, peeled, cored and chopped
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ginger
- ½ cup water
Preparation:
Place ingredients in small saucepan. Heat on low for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries have popped and sauce thickens.
