Ingredients:
- 1 pound ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
Preparation:
Arrange sliced tomatoes on a small platter or medium plate. Drizzle with oil and lemon juice. Add pepper and sprinkle basil.Serves 4-6
