Ingredients:
- 4 vine-ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation:
Combine tomatoes, pepper, onion and cilantro in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.Serves 4-6.
