Ingredients:
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 small yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 3/4 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 14.5 ounce can no-salt-added tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 small Kaiser rolls
Preparation:
Spoon about 1/3 cup of the turkey mixture into the bottom half of a small roll. Add top of roll, then serve.
