This low fat Mediterranean pizza is nutritious and delicious, needing only a tossed green salad to go with it. This is a great way to use some rotisserie chicken or leftover roast chicken (or turkey). INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Spread tomato sauce over the crust. Sprinkle toppings on pizza, finishing with cheese.
Bake on a pizza sheet or pizza stone for 10 minutes.
