Ingredients:
- 4 low fat whole wheat flour tortillas
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup frozen sweet corn, thawed
- 1 cup reduced fat Jack cheese
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place tortillas on a large baking sheet. Spread 1/4 cup salsa over each one. Divide and sprinkle remaining toppings, finishing with cheese. Bake for 8 minutes, or until cheese is melted.Serves 4.
