Honey-Mustard Roasted Pork

Nothing fancy here, just a simple roast pork tenderloin with a honey mustard glaze. Delicious and succulent.

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Whisk honey, mustard, sugar and vinegar in a small bowl. Brush pork with mixture, covering well. Roast pork for 25-30 minutes until an instant-read thermometer registers 160 degrees.

Serves 4
