INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Heat oil in a large skillet. Cook onions, garlic and carrots until onions are translucent. Add curry powder and cumin and cook for 1 minute. Crumble in ground beef and cook over a medium-high heat until no longer pink. Add tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in peas and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve over a bed of Basmati or whole grain rice.
