Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 8 lamb loin chops (trimmed)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt, drained
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
Preparation:
Preheat broiler and coat broiler pan with cooking spray. Season chops and place them on pan. Broil for about 5 minutes each side, or to desired degree of doneness.Meanwhile, stir yogurt, crushed garlic and mint together in a bowl.
Serve chops with yogurt sauce on side. Makes 4 servings (2 chops each).
