Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 6 ounce pot fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
Preparation:
Heat blueberries water and sugar in a small heavy-bottomed saucepan. Heat until blueberries popabout 4-5 minutes. Mash the blueberries and pour into a 2-cup pitcher. Allow to cool a little. Stir in vanilla yogurt. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours.Makes 4 popsicles
