Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 pound sole fillets
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. combine flour, cornmeal and paprika in a shallow bowl or plate. Dredge sole fillets in flour and cornmeal mixture, shake off excess and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.Serves 4.
