Low Fat Vanilla Fruit Pudding

Low Fat Vanilla Fruit Pudding

A quick and easy summer dessert that comes together in minutes, but chill for two hours if you have time.

Prep Time: 2 hours, 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 1 medium, ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 6 ounce pack of fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 3.5 ounce vanilla instant pudding and pie mix
  • 2 cups cold nonfat milk

Preparation:

Place fruit into a glass dish and sprinkle with sugar. Prepare vanilla pudding according to package instructions, using nonfat milk. Pour pudding over fruit. Chill for at least two hours.
