Once you've made a strawberry-rhubarb compote, this low fat dessert comes together in just a few minutes.

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices angel food cake from an angel food bar
  • 2 cups Strawberry-Rhubarb compote
  • 4 tbsp fat-free whipped topping

Preparation:

Arrange 1 slice of angel food cake on each of 4 dessert plates. Top each with 1/2 cup of strawberry-rhubarb compote and a dollop of fat-free whipped topping.
