Ingredients:
- 1 3 1/2-ounce package of Lemon Pudding and Pie Mix
- 1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
- 2 6-ounce packs fresh blackberries
- 1 1/2 cups fat-free whipped topping
Preparation:
Prepare lemon pudding according to package instructions, using the nonfat milk. Layer blackberries, pudding, and whip in four dessert glasses, starting with fruit and saving a few blackberries for garnish. Chill before serving.Serves 4.
