This easy-to-assemble banana chocolate parfait comes together in minutes. Chill until ready to eat.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 3 1/2-ounce box fat-free chocolate pudding and pie mix
  • 1 3/4 cups cold nonfat milk
  • 2 large bananas
  • 2/3 tub fat-free or lite whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Preparation:

Empty chocolate pudding mix into a medium bowl. Add cold milk and whisk with a wire whisk for 2 minutes.

Slice bananas and divide half the sliced bananas among four 8-ounce glasses.

Divide half the chocolate pudding among each glass on top of the bananas, followed by half the whipped topping. Repeat the layers, sprinkle a few mini marshmallows on each dessert before finishing with whipped topping. For an extra treat, grate a little dark chocolate on top of each dessert, or top with a few more banana slices.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
