Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 3 1/2-ounce box fat-free chocolate pudding and pie mix
- 1 3/4 cups cold nonfat milk
- 2 large bananas
- 2/3 tub fat-free or lite whipped topping
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Preparation:
Empty chocolate pudding mix into a medium bowl. Add cold milk and whisk with a wire whisk for 2 minutes.Slice bananas and divide half the sliced bananas among four 8-ounce glasses.
Divide half the chocolate pudding among each glass on top of the bananas, followed by half the whipped topping. Repeat the layers, sprinkle a few mini marshmallows on each dessert before finishing with whipped topping. For an extra treat, grate a little dark chocolate on top of each dessert, or top with a few more banana slices.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
