Meringue Nests with Strawberries

Once you know how to make meringue, you can make one big pavlova or individual meringue nests. These ones are filled with fresh strawberries, but you can use any of your favorite fruits and berries. Although I've put this with summer desserts, this makes a nice Valentine's Day dessert or Mother's Day treat.
