This refreshing sorbet is a fabulous way to enjoy fresh berries. One of my daughters won't eat berries, or much else in the way of fruit, but she likes berry-flavored things, so I figure this is one way to get her to eat some fruit. I tell her she's eating popsicle scoops, and that seems to do it for her.
