Serve with red wine gravy on the side. INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Combine oil, herbs and garlic in a small bowl. Rub the tenderloin with the herb mixture and sprinkle with black pepper. Place the beef on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast tenderloin until an instant-read thermometer registers 130 degrees for medium-rare, about 30-40 minutes depending on degree of desired doneness.
