INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar together with an electric mixer until well blended. Add egg white and vanilla and beat until well combined. Gradually stir in flour mixture with a wooden spoon or spatula. Gather dough in a ball and on a piece of wax paper form the dough into a 6-inch log. Wrap and place in the freezer for 3 hours. When ready to bake cookies, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat. Remove cookie dough from freezer and slice into 1/4-inch rounds. Sprinkle with seasonal sugars if you like. Place 1-inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Makes 24 cookies.
