Ingredients:
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 mild Italian chicken sausage links
- 1/2 cup fat-free, low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 14.5 ounce can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 15-ounce can baked beans
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation:
Heat oil on medium heat in a large skillet. Sauté onions and garlic for 4-5 minutes until softened. Add sausage links and broth, cover and steam for 2-3 minutes until plump. Uncover skillet and pierce sausages, Add canned tomatoes, baked beans, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 6-8 minutes, until sausages are cooked through.Serves 4.
