Using a nonstick skillet means you don't need to add butter or oil to cook your omelet. This in itself saves a bunch of fat calories.
  1. Find a Nonstick Skillet and Spatula
  2. Grab Your Eggs and a Small Bowl or Pitcher
  3. Separate the Whites of Two Eggs
  4. Whisk the Egg and Egg Whites Together
  5. Cook Until Edges Begin to Set
  6. Lift the Edges of the Omelet with a Spatula
  7. Fold Your Omelet
  8. Ready to Eat
