Enjoy an energy boost from this fabulous low-fat chocolate cherry smoothie. I like to use fresh Bing cherries to give a deep, dark color.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound sweet cherries, pitted
- 1 frozen ripe banana, sliced
- 1 3/4 cups low-fat chocolate milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation:
Place pitted cherries, sliced banana, chocolate milk and vanilla in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses.
