By Fiona Haynes, About.com

Packed with calcium, fiber, potassium and vitamin C, this smoothie makes a perfect breakfast drink. Try mixed berries, or use just one kind of berry. Either way, it's a terrific way to start your day.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup calcium-fortified orange juice
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped mixed berries - fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup fat free vanilla or plain yogurt

Preparation:

Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Sweeten a little if necessary.
