The Rocky Road to Sveltesville
Janice Taylor is on a mission to make weight loss fun. Dieting is sheer misery for most of us, but it needn't be that way. In fact, we should focus less on diets and more on what she terms permanent fat removal. This is not necessarily the same as weight loss.
