Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound cooked shrimp meat, patted dry
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1/3 cup fat-free strained Greek yogurt
- Dash of hot sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Preparation:
Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Serve atop lettuce leaves or stuff into a lettuce or spinach lined whole-grain pita.Serves 4 as an appetizer or sandwich filling.
