Ingredients:
- 1 pound of apples
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup dates
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp honey
- Zest of 1 lemon, chopped
- 3 tbsp kosher red wine
Preparation:
Peel, core and slice apples. Place apple slices with walnuts, dates, raisins, spices, honey, lemon zest and wine in a blender and process. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.Serves 8.
