Guide Review - Baked Potato Chips
I'm in potato chip heaven. Which is odd for someone trying to eat low fat, and even odder for someone who's never been all that into potato chips. But after trying Kettle Bakes Lightly Salted potato chips, I'm hooked.Baked potato chips are less unhealthy than regular chips, but the ones I'd tried before coming across Kettle Bakes were pretty bland and didn't have the right mouth-feel. I'd rather go without chips than settle for the other brands. But Kettle Bakes Lightly Salted potato chips are in a different league. Plus, despite being lightly salted, they're salty enough. It's nice to get that flavor without worrying too much about sodium content, which for these chips is 115 mg per serving, or 5 percent of daily value.
For those of you who can't stop until you've eaten a whole bag of chips, Kettle Bakes Lightly Salted chips are available in nice portion-controlled 100-calorie (0.8 ounce) bags as well as the more shareable 4 ounce bags.
