We eat a lot of chicken when we choose to eat low fat. Mostly we opt for boneless, skinless chicken breasts, but sometimes we indulge in eating chicken thighs, which are rich, moist and flavorful. Both are excellent sources of lean protein. While chicken thighs are higher in fat, it's easier to eat less thigh meat because of its richness. If you are tired of eating the same old chicken recipes week in week out, here are 10 ideas for cooking with chicken. For the most part, they're quick and easy to prepare, and family friendly, too.
