Low Fat Panna Cotta

Not everyone likes chocolate--surprising though that may be--but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy a yummy sweet treat on Valentine's Day. Here is a delicious and impressive-looking alternative dessert for Valentine's Day: a low-fat panna cotta. Panna Cotta, which means "cooked cream," is usually made with...well, cream, which accounts for its wonderfully rich, silky texture. But if you want a much lighter version, this very low fat panna cotta should do the trick. Top with some raspberries or sliced strawberries and serve on a red plate.
