Whole Wheat Pancakes

Pancakes are a weekend favorite in our house. They're not the healthiest of breakfast foods, but they can be made healthier. Try these low-fat whole wheat pancakes, which manage to be healthy, light, fluffy and delicious. Serve with warmed maple syrup or a fruit compote.
