I'm a big fan of chocolate crinkles. The secret to their appearance lies in the rolling of the dough in powdered sugar before baking; the cracks, or crinkles, appear as the cookies expand in the oven. Make a batch of these soft, cake-like chocolate delights for your family, or make a batch to give as a gift from your kitchen. These chocolate crinkles are low in fat, calories and cholesterol. You can't ask much more than that.
