Don't forget to leave room for some dessert this Thanksgiving, and don't feel too guilty about these lightened indulgences. These Thanksgiving desserts are lower in fat and cholesterol than regular versions, and in many cases lower in sugar and overall calories too. Want a lighter slice of pumpkin pie? No problem. Or how about some perfectly portioned mini maple pecan tarts? If pies are not your thing, there are some seasonal fruit-based options, too.
