How to Make Low Fat Burgers

Monday August 3, 2009
We know we should watch our intake of fat, especially saturated fat, but sometimes that yearning for a juicy hamburger just won't go away. As much as I like turkey or veggie burgers, I admit to enjoying an occasional hamburger. Using lean or extra-lean ground beef can produce dry, crumbly burgers, but it doesn't have to be that way. You can make flavorful, moist low-fat burgers so long as you follow a few basic guidelines.

Actually, it is not that obvious. You might consider how this site works. It looks like this is the only article and that it just ends. I’ve noticed for a while that this site is a little frustrating that way – you have to click too many times before you actually get to the recipe or the heart of the article.
