Sole With Basil and Tomatoes is a simple low-fat supper that's perfect for any night of the week. Colorful and fragrant, the sweetness of the basil and tomatoes goes very well with mild white fish like sole. Preparation couldn't be easier: simply place the ingredients in a baking dish, add some white wine, and place in the oven for a mere 15 minutes. Serve this delicious fish dish with seasonal vegetables such as new potatoes and fresh asparagus.
