Keep Pork on the Menu

Just to be clear, H1N1 flu, also known as swine flu, is a respiratory disease, not a food-borne one. This means that pork is safe to eat. Continue to practice normal good food hygiene when preparing raw meat, and remember to cook pork to a safe 160 degrees. With that in mind, here is a simple and delicious balsamic pork chops recipe.
