A Happy, Healthy Christmas

Monday December 22, 2008
Living in the United States for the past 15 years, we've embraced many things American, like eating turkey at Thanksgiving—even celebrating Thanksgiving! But as born and bred Brits, we still like a nice, succulent bronzed turkey to take center stage at our Christmas table rather than the American tradition of eating a holiday ham or prime rib (both of which are fattier, assuming you eat your turkey sans skin).
