Hanukkah feasting is not for the faint of heart. Many of the traditional foods are fried in oil or rely heavily on dairy products. But that is the point. Oil is a powerful symbol of Hanukkah, and dairy has its place, too. So how can you enjoy a lower-fat Hanukkah yet stay true to the spirit of the holiday? Here are a few low-fat tips to help you enjoy your latkes and soufganiyot without feeling guilty.
