Fall Harvest Soup
Tuesday November 4, 2008
As the days get colder and shorter, so our craving for comfort foods is likely to increase. One of the most satisfying comfort foods, especially at lunch time, is soup. Fall and winter soups should be thick and hearty, but that doesn't necessarily mean fat- and calorie-laden. Forget cream; simply pull out your blender to convert this medley of seasonal fruit and vegetables into a warm, velvety, thick and satisfying soup.
