Moroccan Chicken

Wednesday September 17, 2008
Although higher in fat than chicken breasts, chicken thighs can still be enjoyed as part of a low-fat diet, so long as you choose the skinless variety. Chicken thighs lend a robust flavor to hearty dishes such as this sweet and mildly spiced Moroccan chicken. Enjoy with whole grain couscous, rice or flatbread.
