Low-Fat Summer Berry Tart

As summer draws to a close, we'll soon be passing up fresh summer berries for fall apples and pears. But before we do, let's enjoy a delicious low-fat summer berry tart. Use your favorite kind of berries or a mix of, say, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries. The base is made with low-fat gingersnap cookies topped with softened fat-free cream cheese.
