Low-Fat Marinara Sauce

This is a hearty, fresh-tasting marinara sauce that’s perfect over spaghetti (or any other pasta), polenta slices, in lasagna, as a pizza sauce, or a simmer sauce for meatballs. Although there are some very good jarred low-fat marinara sauces available, there’s just something special about a homemade sauce.
