Corn Salsa

Monday July 7, 2008
Salsa is a great low-fat or even fat-free way to add flavor and zing to fish, lean meat, or poultry. Salsa can be made with any number of ingredients, not just tomatoes and onions. Try this corn salsa, for instance. The tastiest corn salsa is made with grilled corn, which adds a smokiness to the sweetness of the corn kernels. If, because it’s so hot, you don't want to grill or roast the corn, then use thawed frozen sweet corn, or even canned sweet corn instead.
