Low Fat Summer Desserts

Wednesday June 25, 2008
Eating low fat doesn’t mean you should deprive yourself of dessert. While I wouldn’t recommend eating dessert every day, there are plenty of low-fat desserts we can enjoy from time to time, especially during the summer months when there are so many different kinds of colorful fruits and berries available. So check out my photo gallery of low-fat summer desserts, and find links to all the recipes, including one for these delicious Broiled Nectarines With Brown Sugar and Sour Cream.

Hey it’s me. The lady with the dogs on a diet. I made them the broiled nectarines with brown sugar and sour cream. You should have seen them go crazy eating this. After they ate it they ran around the house and yard jumping and barking like dingos. They almost knocked me over a few times. I think maybe they got a little sugar buzz going. Then they came in and slept like babies. I will definately make this treat for them again. You give some really good ideas.
