Spicy Roast Chicken Breasts

Monday February 25, 2008
With increasingly busy schedules, dinner in under 30 minutes is a must most nights of the week. The thing is, it's often best achieved by throwing a frozen dinner in the microwave or stopping by a fast-food joint on the way home. It doesn't have to be this way. You can enjoy healthy, flavorful meals such as this roast spicy chicken in about 25 minutes. Just remember to turn on the oven as soon as you get home so that it's good and ready when you are. Enjoy this chicken with a side dish of rice.
