Lemon Parsley Chicken Breasts

Monday May 21, 2007
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts get a bad rap. Sure, they can be dry and bland, but don't blame the chicken! There are plenty of ways to add some pizzazz to skinless chicken breasts without overwheming them with pungent herbs and spices (which may not be to everyone's taste anyway). Sometimes subtle flavoring works just as well, as in the case of these lemon parsley chicken breasts.

Why do you make it so hard to get to recipies like the lemon chicken. I never did find the ingredients, even after following all the links. All you get is a paragraph talking about the recipe.

Chicken breast can really taste good prepaired the correct way. You can also add some cheese on top or extra taste.
