Most diets fail because we are left feeling hungry all the time. A better way to eat, and manage our weight, is to choose foods that help us feel fuller for longer, leading us to eat fewer calories overall. Is this an argument to eat more fat, since fat is meant to be filling? Barbara Rolls, a leading weight-management expert at Penn State University, says no.
